WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ON THIS SITE?
Answell Marketing only collects the personal information you provide to us when you visit our stores (through our franchisees and corporate stores) or use our site, including, but not limited to, when you create an account, purchase products, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a coupon to benefit from a promotion or enter a promotional contest. The personal information collected includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, gender (male/female), age/date of birth, credit card number and, if you agree, certain other information. By providing your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes and in the circumstances set out in the Policy.
HOW DOES ANSWELL MARKETING USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your personal information collected by Answell Marketing (in store, on the site or otherwise) allows Answell Marketing to open an account in your name, process your order, contact you if you win a prize in a contest, provide you with after-sales service, to offer you promotions (including by SMS if you provide us with your cell phone number when creating an account), to personalize its relationship with you and, if you authorize it to do so, to send you, from time to time, information on the site and its products, personalized offers and promotions by means of newsletters or otherwise. Except with your express consent, personal information collected in boutiques (through our franchisees and corporate boutiques) is used only by us or our franchisees under the terms of this policy.
